Course Overview:
We each have the ability to give warmth and kindness to others, but choosing to tap into that propensity can be another story when traditional notions of gender boundaries are being pushed and tested.
LGBTQ+, sexual identity, sexual orientation, cis-gender, transgender, third gender, gender X, and gender neutral are all part of our new vocabulary, and they bring expectations and responsibilities for tolerance in the workplace.
During this informative program you will explore:

Course Schedule:
The webinar will be held from 2 to 3:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Attendees will be admitted to the webinar after 1:45 p.m. Instructions for the webinar will be emailed to attendees 24 hours before each webinar.
How to Participate:
This is an online webinar program, which means you can participate from your office by using an internet-connected computer and a standard telephone. We recommend that you use a landline for both your phone and your internet connection. This registration is for one person to attend the webinar. We manage our webinars on an honor-system basis; if more than one person from a utility wishes to attend, each is to register separately.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are accepted, with full refund, if request is made at least 30 days prior to the course. Within 30 days, fees are as follows: 15-29 days, $100; 1-14 days or "no show," 100 percent of registration fee. When possible, please send a substitute instead of canceling. NWPPA does not charge a fee for substitutions.
